About the Business Club
Community first. Rugby always.
A closer connection between Old Penarthians RFC and the businesses who help grassroots rugby thrive.
One home for the people who support the club
Support has grown through coaches, parents, volunteers and every section of Old Pens. The Business Club gives that community a considered place to be recognised, discover one another and take part.
It is part of Old Penarthians RFC, not a separate organisation or an invented membership brand.
“At Old Pens, grassroots rugby is about far more than what happens on a Saturday. Through our Minis & Juniors pathway, young people learn teamwork, respect, discipline and belonging — values they carry with them long after they leave the pitch. The support of local businesses makes an enormous difference, helping us create opportunities, strengthen the pathway into senior club rugby and keep the club at the heart of our community. We are incredibly grateful to every business that gives its time, expertise, products or financial support.”
