Genero Group is the club's confirmed AV and event partner. The Barry-based event production agency supports Old Pens match days and Business Club events with production, audio-visual and staging expertise, with each piece of work agreed under its own scope.

Cadre Advisory is the club's accountant under a commercial partnership arrangement. The Penarth practice brings accountancy, commercial finance, corporate finance and wealth management together under one roof, and supports the club's financial reporting and statutory work.
