You may use the site for lawful personal or business-club purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, misuse tickets or private booking links, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or use directory information for unsolicited bulk marketing.
Keep account credentials, booking-management links and ticket links private. Tell us promptly if you believe one has been compromised.
You must have authority to submit business information, logos and other material. You retain ownership of your material but give the club permission to store, resize and publish approved material for Business Club and club-promotion purposes. Publication remains subject to review and may be corrected or withdrawn where inaccurate, unlawful, outdated or no longer authorised.
Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
We take reasonable care over club and business information, but directory entries and external links may change. Unless expressly agreed, listing a business is recognition of support and is not an endorsement or guarantee of its services. The site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security or provider failure.
Payments, wallet passes and linked websites are also subject to the relevant provider's terms. We are not responsible for content on third-party websites.
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from free public use of the site.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Our privacy notice and cookie policy explain how information and device storage are handled. We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes; the date above shows the current version.
