Willmore's 1938 is a family-run cafe on Penarth's cliff top, housed in the former golf kiosk on Cliff Parade, serving coffee, breakfasts, homemade cakes and light bites with views over the Bristol Channel. The cafe backed Old Penarthians RFC during the 2025/26 season.
